BPAA Basketball now has SPRING TRAVELING BASKETBALL! 

 

BPAA Basketball is happy to announce SPRING TRAVELING BASKETBALL for girls currently in 5th - 8th grade and boys currently in 6th -12 grade. This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for the tryout session(s). Participation in tryouts does not guarantee placement on a team. The playing style, structure, rules, and competitive demands will differ from our In-House program.

 

Tryout details:

Fee: $25 due now (non-refundable)

 

GIRLS 5-8 grade:

Location: Brooklyn Middle School (7377 Noble Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443)

Date: February 28 (One day tryout)

Times: 5/6 grade 6-7:30 p.m.  South Gym -  7/8 grade 7:30-9:00 p.m. South Gym     

 

BOYS 6-8 Grade:

Location: Brooklyn Middle School (7377 Noble Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443)

Date: February 28 and February 29 (Two day tryout, must attend both days)

Times:

6th grade, 6-7:00 p.m. North Gym both days.

7th grade, 7:05-8:05 p.m. North Gym both days.

8th grade, 8:10-9:10 p.m. North Gym both days.

 

BOYS 9-12 Grade:

Location: Brooklyn Park Community Center (5600 85th Avenue N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443) 

Date/time:

9th grade, March 6 (6-7:30 p.m.) one day tryout

10th grade, March 7 (6-7:30 p.m.) one day tryout

11th grade, March 7 (7:30-8:45 p.m.) one day tryout

12th grade, March 7 (8:45-9:45 p.m.) one day tryout

 

Spring Season details (after team placement):

Cost: $475. Once your player is offered placement on a team, a $100 non-refundable commitment fee will be required by March 8 (5th-8th grade) and March 15 (9th-12th grade) to secure their placement. The remaining $375 will be due no later than March 22. Price includes uniform that players keep.

 

Tournaments: 7 tournaments from April-June (played on Saturdays and/or Sundays)

Practices: 2 practices per week (beginning the first week in April)

 

Other important information:

February 26 - Last day to register for 5-8 grade tryouts 

March 4 - Last day to register for 9-12 grade tryouts 

March 3 - Teams formed and placement offers delivered for 5-8 grade.

March 10 - Teams formed and placement offers delivered for 9-12 grade.
