2023-24 Coaching Application
Whether you're brand new to coaching BPAA Basketball or you are a returning coach from prior years, if you're interested in coaching a House League team for Elementary, Junior High or Senior High this season, please complete the application on the APPLY HERE page using the link below.
NOTE: A completed background check and completed concussion certificate are required as part of the application.
Coaches - need to apply using their own SportsEngine account
Please ensure that the SportsEngine account you use to apply to be a coach is associated with an email address that goes directly to you.
When the season starts, the account you use to apply here will be the email address that will be used to communicate with you and all coaches regarding weather, scheduling and other league communications.
If you don't have a SportsEngine account that uses your email address, please create one using the "Create an Account" link in the top left corner of the site. (NOTE, if you are already logged into the site with a different account, you will have to click the "Logout" button first, then click Create an Account).
2 Part Application Process
Click the "Register" link on the right to fill out the Coaches Application.
If you are a brand new coach or have an expired concussion training certificate, you must complete the concussion training prior to submitting the background check form.
The Registration "Required Application & Paperwork" is not currently available.
Background Check Form and Concussion Certificate
- To be completed annually
- If you coach a different BPAA sport in the same calendar year, you have completed this requirement for Basketball and will indicate the Sport/Year on the application form rather than upload a new one.
- You will need to upload your current Concussion Certificate - these are good for 3 years.
