| Chairman | Provides direction for the organization. Leads monthly association and board meetings. Serves as a contact for the BPAA general organization. Oversees Opening Day. |
| Vice-chairman | Works with the president to see to the running of the association. Fills in for the president when they are not available at different association meetings. Oversees Opening Day with the Chairman. |
| Treasurer | Maintains all finances for the organization and Concession stand. |
| Secretary | Records notes at meetings. Assists all areas with scheduling rooms for meetings or events. |
| Game Scheduler | Creates and maintains calendars for all divisions throughout the season. Creates Tournament Brackets and schedules. Oversees DIBS for practice reservations. |
| Equipment Coordinator | Maintains team equipment bags and special equipment needs for games, tournaments and clinics. |
| Uniform Coordinator | Maintains uniform inventory for all divisions (jerseys and visors). |
| Registration Coordinator | Oversees all processes for season registration. |
| Clinic Coordinator | Book, organize, plan and execute any off-season clinics, etc. that are sponsored by BPAA Slow Pitch |
| Concessions Coordinator | Manages concessions trailer for opening day, mid season and end of season tournaments. Orders inventory from vendors. |
| Age Division Commissioners | Responsible for assigning players and coaches to rosters, ensuring coaches and assistant coaches fulfill league requirements, address coach/player/parent concerns within the age division, serve as main contact for coaches during games and tournaments. |
| Volunteer & Fundraising | Organize, plan, and execute fundraising events. Book clubs/organizations to run concession stand for opening day and tournaments. |
| Website Editor | Maintain the league website and social media pages (Facebook). Coordinate league-wide communications. Coordinate end of year coach and parent surveys. |
| Memory Book Coordinator | Coordinate all activities related to creating and publishing the end of year memory book that is distributed to all players and coaches. |
