In general the BPBA follows State High School League rules as published by the National Federation of High School Association with modifications that take into consideration the players age and skill levels.  High School Baseball Rules will govern play in all leagues and divisions accept where BPBA rules come into effect.  The modifications are described below. The BPBA rules committee reserves the right to adjust rules during the season as necessary.
