The meeting was held at 8:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at the

Registration is
done.

“Preview” set for September 8. Former Viking great Chuck Foreman will
be there.

Banquet is set for November 10 and
will be held at the Brunswick Zone.
Have a committee working on door prizes,
etc.
BASKETBALL -

Using Development Solutions for
registrations, but not allowing check processing on the web
site.

Registration dates
set.
·
Coaches’ clinics are set for
November.
·
Jim Huntington has left the program.
Larry Kelly is now handling the
senior high players. Will get his
info.

Need the post office box key. Does Dave C
Have?

This is Tammy’s last year in the
program.
·
This year requiring parents to help
out in concessions/score keep/etc. Has to make a $30 deposit. Put in the time or forfeit the
money.

Inventoried the
equipment.
·
There is a $25 administrative fee
for refunds.
·
Am looking for an ice
vendor.
SOCCER – Val &
Dave:

Season is
done.
·
There were fewer problems than last
year.
·
1245 players, down 200 from last
year.
·
There is a $15 refund charge and 32
players dropped out.
·
Scholarships were
higher.
SOFTBALL –
Ed:
·
There is no meeting for Softball in
August so nothing’s going on.
·
Appreciation dinner is in
September.
·
Is the software fee $1,500? $99 per moth per Tami (x 12 =
$1,188). Would like a demo set
up.
·
First meeting is in
October.
·
Ed will be Vice Chair next
year.
CITY –
Mark:
·
Will be working on Zanewood school.
·
The railing is up at the storage
shed.
·
Check is paid for year two on the
shed.
·
On 12/22 there was glass broken at
the Community Center. Trying to
figure out who dunnit. There was no BPAA scheduled practice that
night. We should let Mark &
Laurie know our schedules.
·
Our new Park & Rec Director, Jon Oyanagi, will be
attending the September meeting.
NEW BUSINESS –
Dan
·
Jack Umland and Bob Click, through Edinburgh Pro Am Association,
will be helping BPAA set up a fund for players with special needs. We need to send them a
letter.
Next meeting is Tuesday, September 25 at
