TREASURER'S REPORT:
M/S/P.
* $8,686.99 remains in
Admin. Dan will check and remedy the Admin account.
* Markus discussed the
issue of returned checks. Perhaps create a list of people who have passed
bad checks and have at all sign ups so we're aware. Does this become a
scholarship situation? Shouldn't turn bounced checks into
scholarships.

should pay off the Titans balance with monies from the regular Football
account. So Football Titans will have a zero balance.

restructuring all leagues - Babe Ruth and Baseball.

up at Brookdale as much as possible.

from Fri-Sun. Will see.
* EZ Scoreboard was
sold to a California company. Using EZ Scoreboard might not be an option
any more. Depends on the fee.
* Approached by
________ who would train coaches and put on clinics for soccer but at his soccer
camp. Not sure if will do. Will bring it up with the Soccer
Committee.
TAXES/CHARITABLE GAMBLING:

State.
* Keeping the same Tax
ID number from 1965 becasue we need to be incorporated three years for

* Re charitable

see.
STORAGE:
* Met with Jay and
Linda five times.
* Don't care about the
inside of the building until June.
* City Council meeting
next week.
* Should cost $90,000
to $100,000. The City will borrow the balance until we pay it
back.
* Who will pay the
utilities? The number $1,500 a month for heat and electricity was thrown
out, based on the storage shed on 101st. Discussion - install a meter and
bill us? Why should we pay if it's not our building?
* We will have to
insure the contents only.
* BPAA will lease for
$1.00 a year for thirty years.
* Essentially the City
plans on the building lasting for twenty years and then making repairs for the
next ten. After that may be torn down.

installed.
* We should be able to
lock the doors from the inside.
MOTION made to pay the actual utilities
(which is only electricity). M/S/P
* Discussion as to
downpayment needed. Linda said $50,000. Dan thought $20,000.
Linda countered with $25,000. Will take from general fund. Won't
need until closing in September.
MOTION made to use $25,000 from the
general checking account for downpayment on the storage shed.
M/S/P.
* Will present to
Council that we'll be displaced from the Central Park building. We used to
have a lease. BPAA paid for that building.
* They will upgrade
(add electricity) and provide the land.
* City will loan
funds with no interest. Should be able to pay in five years at $5 per
player.
* City will make
$100,000 available for the loan.
* Final cost may be up
to $125,000.
* Will decide interior

baseball will be first in.

years old or so.
