2. Co-Ed division for U16, U17, and U18 teams
  3. Tournament with trophies awarded.
Coaches
  1.  Coaches are always needed
2.  A Coaches clinic will be held for all coaches, both old and new.
3.  A background check will be done for both the head coach,  and assistant coach.  We also do a background check on all adult referees.
4.  If coaches have an email address, please send this information to Dave Gulbrandson.  This will make the BPAA Soccer Committee's communication with all the coaches much easier.
How Games are scheduled:
There are two games per week for five weeks with a four day tournament at the end.  The games are either: Monday-Wednesday, or Tuesday-Thursday.  There are also Friday games because we do not have enough soccer fields for all the games to take place in four days.  On most fields there are two games each night.  The first game is at 6PM, and the second is at 7:15PM.  However, since the new Noble Sports Park fields (NSP1 and NSP2) have lights, along with the Evergreen field in Brooklyn Center,  these three fields will also have a third game at 8:30PM "under the lights".
Brooklyn Park Hot Line: 763-488-6304

Heat advisories and other unforeseen events can cause BPAA Soccer games to be cancelled.  To find out if any games are cancelled due to weather conditions, call the Brooklyn Park Hot-Line Telephone Number 763-488-6304.  We will try to update Hotline information by 3PM on game days.

BPAA Soccer Committee:
The BPAA Soccer Committee is made up of volunteers from the Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center area.  We have fourteen voting members, and four non-voting members on the committee.  There are about twenty-five positions that need to be filled from Chairman to Referee Coordinator to Division Coordinators.  We welcome anyone who is interested in becoming a committee member to contact one of the active committee members, and find out what is involved in being on the BPAA Soccer Committee.  It is a lot of work, but it is also a lot of fun.  Come join the team.
BPAA Soccer Committee members can be recognized by their "BPAA Soccer" shirts, and hats.
BPAA Soccer 2007 Participation: 1248 Boys and Girls from ages 6-18!
