Coaches are essential to making BPAA soccer work. Here you can sign up to be a coach, find coaching resources (for many different levels and situations), submit game scores, and download game reports, as well as see who is coaching in BPAA soccer this year.
For the 2012 season, it is mandatory for all coaches to go through the free CDC concussion training. You can do this at any time in advance of the season and it does not take long to complete. We encourage coaches to take care of it as soon as possible. (This is a requirement of the state of Minnesota. For more information on the requirement, read here.) When finished, email your certificate of completion to Dave Gulbrandson. That's it! If you cannot save the certificate to your computer, print out a hard copy. This also can be sent to Dave Gulbrandson. Contact him for further details or questions about completing the concussion training (contact information).
NEW!! For 2012, we have put one medium size soccer goal in the following parks for teams to practice at on a first come, first serve basis. For all the locations and maps to the fields, go here.
Please maintain appropriate respect for referees at all times (before, during, and after games). Coaches set the tone for the parents of players in this regard. Have a question or a tip to share about this? Just let us know.
